Gentle Stroll with Navigation Training (welcoming people with chronic health conditions)

This experience is specifically designed for people living with chronic health conditions such as ME/CFS, Long Covid, Fibromyalgia, Lyme disease, and/or chronic pain. We will stroll at a gentle pace with plenty of stops along the way to rest, admire the views, and learn basic map and compass skills. This hands-on and practical outdoors workshop is for beginners and will help you to build confidence to explore new places and walk off the beaten track - whatever the weather! We will also discover other ways to feel your way through the landscape e.g.: natural navigation.

LEVEL: EASY - approximately 3km/2 miles on open and hilly moorland using a section of the accessible 'Miles without Stiles’ path.  (Sorry this route is unsuitable for wheelchairs.)

(Route is dependent on weather conditions and group pace)
